Did you know that SERVPRO of Carbondale/Clarks Summit/Old Forge offers preventive maintenance agreements. We work with Lackawanna County hotels, hospitals, nursing homes and apartment complexes for both dryer duct and air duct cleaning as part of a preventive maintenance program.

We work with the property manager and/or owner to determine the needs of each property and develop a plan that best meets the identified need. By empowering SERVPRO of Carbondale/Clarks Summit/Old Forge to service the building will reduce the risk of disasters and breakdowns as well as the stress associated with any continuing maintenance plans.
